Demand and supply affects the value of the diamonds. Before the confirmation of the sale, the diamond seller reserves the right to alter the prices of their diamonds at their discretion.
- Currency exchange rate
Volatile exchange rates are constantly updated to reflect the current market exchange rates. At any time before confirming the transaction, LUXIEE reserves the right to update the currency exchange rate at our discretion.

- Bank Transfer – Enjoy a discount when you pay by bank transfer. The discount is only valid on the diamond purchase only (shipping, insurance and other charges are not entitled to the discount).
- Rely Installment - This payment method is only applicable for purchases up to $4,000 (inclusive of shipping charges [if applicable], processing fees and GST). A 1.5% processing fee is charged for this payment option.
Yes you can. For orders up to $4,000 (inclusive of its shipping charges [if applicable], processing fees and GST), customers can now enjoy interest-free installment payments of up to 3 months without any interest with our partner, Rely.

Shipping and Insurance
All orders will be shipped and insured by a secured and trusted carrier (Fedex, DHL, UPS etc.). A confirmation email will be sent to you once the parcel has been finalized and ready to ship with tracking information. Shipping & insurance rates vary across each diamond seller depending on the item value and destination country. For your protection, LUXIEE always:
- Insures and registers all items at full value.
- Requires all deliveries are made to a physical address only. We do not ship to P.O box addresses.
Diamonds with the “Fast Shipping” icon are diamonds that are listed by our local partners. Therefore, “Fast Shipping” loose diamonds will have a shorter shipping time of 7 working days.

Shipping costs are absorbed by LUXIEE, so that you can enjoy free shipping on loose diamond and ring setting bundles.
However, shipping cost is imposed on loose diamond purchases. Shipping cost for loose diamonds are determined by the seller. The total shipping cost will be displayed in your Shopping Cart.

We will inform you once your purchase has arrived in Singapore and is ready for collection at our office. A diamond verification will be conduct in your presence at our office to authenticate and verify your purchase.

Custom, Duties and Taxes
Prices stated are not inclusive of tax and duty. LUXIEE shall be the importer on record and shall be paying for any duty or tax imposed on the product. Any duty or tax paid on the product will be charged to you as part of your purchase price.

All jewellery* purchased from LUXIEE are eligible for 14 days return.
*Jewellery that are not eligible for return are:- Customized jewellery except for engraved ring
Items to be returned must be in their original condition with the sales invoice and grading reports (if applicable). A fee will be imposed if any of the conditions are not fulfilled
For return of items, contact our customer service at service@luxiee.com and advise our representative on the items you would like to return.
For order cancellations, kindly contact service@luxiee.com. A cancellation fee may be imposed depending on the expenses incurred from processing your order.
It is not possible to cancel your order once the supplier ships out the diamond.
